When the balloon expands, you breathe in. When the balloon deflates, you breathe out. Simple.
It also includes a color setting for your balloon, and a timer to remind you when to relax at worthwhile times during the day.
When the app runs on your Apple Watch, it will display your heart-rate as well. A higher heart-rate can indicate increased stress levels. Steady breathing with the balloon can help to lower that stress.
This application integrates with the Apple Health app when heart rate data is recorded using an Apple Watch.
With the Apple Watch, your balloon can even synchronise with every other We Breathe user on the planet. So, you’ll all be breathing in and out at the same time!
